The competing interests of video games, social media and online chat groups have their own benefits but they have come with a cost. Now more than ever young people struggle with the inability to adequetly focus or concentrate. Their social and organizational skills have been stunted by the overuse of these emerging technologies. Unfortunately, motor skills and overall health are also negatively impacted!

Because, they don't have the need to strugglle in everday tasks or sports, many haven't developed the drive or ambition to reach their full potential. While there are certainly outliars or kids that are unaffected by these developments and we still can do alot to help them. I am sure that you can see this need in many. Honestly, I cant stand back and watch this happen when my experience can prevent it! ADHD, lack of motivation, fear, anxiety, weakness and unnecessary suffering. The solution? There is a method that has existed, often cloaked in secrecy, for centuries.It gas been known to turn this all around! It is called Kung-Fu!
